Returns / Liability

If there is an issue with your order, I won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - I will do everything I can to make it right. 



I am not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.


Return Policy

I am confident that you will love your new artwork and am committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! Below are my policies on returns. I honor a 7 day return policy. I do my best to offer color accurate photography of all of the artworks, but some calibrations may vary slightly between screens, devices and actual works. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it when returned.

 If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me right away. We can discuss the options or I can issue you a refund (minus shipping costs and once you have provided photos of the damage).

If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days from delivery date. You must package the painting in the exactly same fashion as it was when it arrived to you. I will email you my mailing address to return the painting.


Return shipping fees, like all shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility. Once I have the painting in perfect condition, we can discuss your options or we can proceed with a refund (minus shipping costs) .


If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. You are given many chances to make changes during the development of the piece.
